Terms and Conditions of Use
The Kattom Firearm’s website at www.kattomfirearms.com (the "Site") is a copyrighted work belonging to Kattom Firearms LLC. Kattom Firearm’s grants you the right to use the Site subject to the terms and conditions of use ("Terms of Use") set forth below. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING THE SITE, OTHER THAN TO READ THESE TERMS OF USE FOR THE FIRST TIME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THIS SITE.
License
Subject to these Terms of Use, Kattom Firearm’s grants you a limited, royalty-free license to view the materials contained on the Site (the "Materials") and make such copies only as may be incidentally created during your exercise of the foregoing through the normal operation of a commercially available web browser and a gateway cache and proxy obtaining the Materials from the Kattom Firearm’s server. You are not granted any right to use Kattom Firearm’s trademarks, logos, trade dress (including without limitation the layout of the Site) or other marks, and all such items shall remain the exclusive property of Kattom Firearm’s.
Modification
Kattom Firearm’s reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site or any part thereof with or without notice. You agree that Kattom Firearm’s will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.
Secured Areas
Your use of any areas of the Site secured by a user name/login screen ("Secured Areas"), including but not limited to purchases of products from the Site, is governed by the terms and conditions of a separate agreement. You are granted no rights or licenses to use the Secured Areas under this Agreement.
Mailings
By submitting your name, email address, and any other personal information to Kattom Firearm’s, you hereby grant Kattom Firearm’s, subject to the Kattom Firearm’s Privacy Policy a royalty-free license to use and disclose this information, including but not limited to using and disclosing such information in connection with periodic mailings to you about Kattom Firearm’s products, services, and news ("Mailings"). The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply to all such Mailings.
Submissions
All remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, data, personal information, resume, questions or other information communicated to Kattom Firearm’s through the Site, by facsimile or through the mail (electronic or otherwise) (a "Submission") will forever be the property of Kattom Firearm’s. Unless otherwise specified in our Privacy Policy, Kattom Firearm’s will not treat any Submission as confidential or proprietary and will not be liable for the use of any ideas for its business (including, without limitation, service or promotion ideas) and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in future Kattom Firearm’s services or operations. Without limitation, Kattom Firearm’s will have exclusive ownership of all present and future existing rights to the Submission for any commercial or other purpose whatsoever, without compensation to you or any other person sending the Submission. You acknowledge that you are responsible for whatever material you submit, and you, not Kattom Firearm’s, have full responsibility for the Submission, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright.
Site Use Rules
Our Site may only be used for lawful purposes. Kattom Firearm’s specifically prohibits any use of our Site, and all users agree not to use our Site, for any of the following:
1. Posting any incomplete, false or inaccurate information or information which is not your own accurate information;
2. Posting of any material that defames, harasses, threatens, embarrasses, or abuses others; is racially or ethically offensive; or is obscene, abusive, hateful, pornographic, vulgar, or harmful to anyone, but especially to children;
3. Deleting or revising any material posted by any other person or entity;
4. If you have a password allowing access to a non-public area of our Site, disclosing to or sharing your password with any third parties or using your password for any unauthorized purpose;
5. Harming minors in any way;
6. Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity; or
7. Aggregating, copying or duplicating in any manner any of the materials or information available from our Site.
We do not knowingly collect identifiable information from anyone under thirteen years of age.
Registration and Passwords
If you register on our Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and to maintain and update such information so it remains accurate and complete following registration. Failure to provide accurate and complete information or to update such information shall be adequate grounds for us to either suspend or terminate your account.
Upon completing the registration process, you will receive a password and user name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and user name and are responsible for any activities that occur under your password and user name.
Secure Transmission
All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) featuring 128-bit encryption. A Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate creates an encrypted link between a website and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the website and the browser remains private and secure.
Order Fulfillment
All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 15 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.
Online Price & Description Errors
Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.
If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that dealer Name will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.
Ammunition Purchases
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. *All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.*
Shipping Time
Although we are making all reasonable efforts to process orders placed through this website, there may be delays in the shipment of orders due to labor shortages, government restrictions. Thank you for your business and patience as we work through these issues.
Returns/Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 35% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 35% restocking fee (totaling 50%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging. NO REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS/EXCHANGES AFTER 10 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.
Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
3. Firearms, once transferred to buyer.
4. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.
NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.

Other items available for sale not listed on this website include discontinued parts or parts for firearms no longer produced. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding parts for firearms no longer produced (such as Vietnam era upper receiver units, obsolete fire control parts, etc.).
All items on this website are subject to change without notice. This includes item availability, one-of-a-kind items, and pricing.
Used Firearms
The seller provides all descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as such. All sales on used items are final. Photos will be provided when available. All machine guns are considered used unless otherwise noted.
General Firearm Sales
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.
